Rochelle Schweizer
Founder and Visionary Leader
Rochelle is the inspiration behind The Whole Story Source. She is best known as an author and co-author of books published by Doubleday, Penguin, and Citadel. Riding with Reagan: From the White House to the Ranch, which she co-authored with Secret Service Agent John Barletta, is the bestselling book at the Reagan Ranch. She has been a guest on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, and CBS, as well as numerous national radio programs. Her articles have been published in the Los Angeles Times and National Review.
Rochelle’s experience also includes serving as communications/media director for foundations including the former National Forum Foundation (merged with Freedom House in 1997) in Washington DC as well as Family First in Tampa. She is the founder of The Whole Story Source, LLC, as well as the nonprofit organization, The Whole Story Source, Inc. Both enterprises are designed to seek stories that will not only inform audiences today but inspire the generations to follow.
Tara O’Brien
Operations Director
With over 15 years of experience in the field of operations, Tara has a passion to ensure clients receive the utmost care and service. She is dedicated to the mission of TWSS and makes certain each project receives 100% attention to detail, completed on schedule, and maintains The Whole Story Source’s exemplary standard. Tara spent her professional career both in the military and private sectors, most recently managing a federal administrative contract. She has traveled and lived abroad extensively and is passionate about history and research. Tara believes everyone has a story and it should be preserved, treasured and most importantly shared.
Kathy Thomas
Legacy Development Director
Kathy’s passion focuses on helping people realize their value. She embraces The Whole Story Source’s objective in helping people leave a legacy through the message of their life told through written word and story. As a strategist with an MA in organizational leadership, she provides expertise in the development of programs and services for TWSS. She also contributes her experience as a writer, graphic designer, and self-published author working with Legacy Letters and Legacy Books. She and her husband served as literacy specialists in Ethiopia from 1996-2002. Kathy desires that her writing and life exemplify the values of truth and integrity, and faith and family. She lives in Tallahassee with her husband where she savors the inspiration to write and loves spending time with her grown children and four grandchildren. Visit Kathy’s blog site.
Becky Healy
Project Development Liaison
Becky loves encouraging others through the written word. She is passionate about inspiring friends to be the best versions of themselves. Becky says, “People just don’t write down family stories and anecdotes anymore. They were such a marvelous tradition even 50 years ago, but are becoming a lost art. Capturing these is truly vital if we want to pass down a piece of ourselves to future generations. The Whole Story Source is the culmination of all of the experiences and giftings that make up who I am.”
Becky, a native of Tallahassee, Florida, was educated at Malay School and received a BA from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in psychology. Over the years, Becky has honed her skills as a photographer, home-schooler, creative story teller, decorator, and space engineer, and is a successful Dr. Sears LEAN Health Coach. Becky and her husband, David, were instrumental in starting Christ Classical Academy in Tallahassee.
Becky married her college sweetheart and together they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
